Rental Pricing 

Lake Mansion and Garden Pavilion Rental

All prices are based on four hours minimum use, including set-up/clean-up time. The entire Lake Mansion site is fully wheelchair accessible, . For special rentals including monthly events and multi-day rentals, please discuss rates with us. 

Further Information about Main Level Amenities:  

Service Kitchen: convection oven, small microwave, two  built-in warming drawers, large refrigerator (no freezer), dishwasher and detergent, double kitchen sink with sprayer, instant hot water dispenser. Use of kitchen included in Main Level and Full Property rentals. If available, kitchen access can be added to Garden Pavilion or Foundation Level rentals for an additional $100 fee. 

Piano: Antique Steinway piano (can be tuned, if needed, at your expense)
Public announcement system: throughout the main floor available for an extra charge

Deposits - $300-$500     

A refundable damage/security deposit of $300 will be charged for all Lake Mansion site rentals. If alcohol is to be served, an additional $200 deposit is required.  

Additional charges:  

Property Tours and Inspections:  $25 each

Once the reservation is made, an additional charge of $25 per visit will be deducted from the deposit for any additional visit(s) to the mansion in relation to the event.  This covers the cost of staff time to provide any additional tours of the facility.

Additional Hours Charges:  $50/area or $100/Full Property

The minimum rental of any Lake Mansion space is 4 hours.  Additional hours are available at an additional charge of $50 per hour, per area, or $100 per hour for the Full Property.  Set-up and Clean-up time should be calculated and included in the number of hours requested in order to avoid Overtime Charges.

Overtime Charges:  $100/hour

Groups who exceed the number of hours paid, for any reason whatsoever, will be charged an overtime fee of $100 per hour to be payable to VSA arts Nevada directly to the Site Coordinator via check, or credit card.  Overtime is rounded to the quarter hour and charged accordingly. We encourage you to plan carefully in order to stay within your scheduled times.

Last-minute Booking Fee:   $200

Bookings made less than 30 days in advance may be subject to an additional charge of $200 and all fees will be considered non-refundable and due at the time of booking.  Deposits must be paid at the time of booking but standard refund policy will apply.

Exhibit & Furniture Moving Charges:  $50/hour

Those wishing to have the art exhibits or selected pieces of furniture removed from view during their event will need to make arrangements with the Site Coordinator in advance of the event and will be subject to labor charges of $50/hour, billed in quarter hour minimums.  Please be advised that certain display equipment and some furnishings cannot be removed.

The Lake Mansion has a variety of additional equipment listed below that is included in your rental.

Bridal/Event Packages  
Offered 7 days a week, 8 AM – Midnight, pending availability

Garden Pavilion Gold Bridal/Event Package:  $800
5 hours total, please include set-up/clean-up time     
    
~ Use of Mansion Main Level for one hour for Ceremony, Photographs and/or welcome reception.
~ Use of the new Garden Pavilion for additional four hours. 
~ Includes use of chairs and tables as needed (up to 60 chairs and 8 round/rectangle tables).
~ Set-up of chairs and tables additional $50, use of Lake Mansion kitchen additional $100.

Garden Pavilion Bridal/Event Package:  $700
5 hours total, please include set-up/clean-up time

~ Use of the new Garden Pavilion for 5 hours.
~ Includes use of chairs and tables as needed (up to 60 chairs, 8 round/rectangle tables)
~ Set-up of chairs and tables additional $50, use of Lake Mansion kitchen additional $100.

Corporate Business Meeting Package  - $50 an hour
Offered during VSAN regular hours, Mon.- Fri., 8 AM – 5 PM, pending availability 

~ Includes use of Garden Pavilion  
~ Includes use of tables and chairs as needed (up to 60 chairs and 8 round/rectangle tables).  
~ Set-up of chairs and tables $50.Use of Lake Mansion kitchen extra $100.  

Non-Profit Rates:  

     Non-Profit Special Events and Fundraisers will be charged the rates listed above less a 20% discount.  Non-profit groups wishing to receive this discount must provide proof of 501(c)3 status to qualify.

     Non-Profit Meeting Rates: The mansion may be rented for non-profit organization meetings for up to 50 people.  The non-profit meeting rate is $25/hour during office hours and $50/hour after office hours for use of the lower level Foundation Room or the Garden Pavilion.  A refundable cleaning/security deposit of $100 is required.  Chairs and tables may be used at no charge. For luncheon meetings using the Lake Mansion kitchen, an additional $50 is charged.

Methods of Payment:

For rental fees, VSA arts of Nevada at the Lake Mansion accepts Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover), Cash and Checks*. All checks should be made payable to VSA arts of Nevada *A penalty of $25 will be charged for any check returned by the bank for any reason. Returned checks must be replaced by another form of guaranteed funds payment.
