Thank you for your interest in the Lake Mansion, making YOUR event historic!
REMEMBER…You are able to hire your own caterer or self-cater greatly reducing the cost of your overall event. You are also able to provide your own beverages.

The Lake Mansion and adjacent Garden Pavilion are available to rent 7 days a week from 7 AM – 10 PM.

The Lake Mansion is a suitable venue for groups of about 150 people depending on your event.

• Main Floor of the mansion (5 event rooms, restroom and service kitchen) with an estimated occupancy of 75 people, more if outside wraparound porches utilized in warmer months.
$800 for 4 hours.

• The lower level Foundation Room (open contemporary space usually used for workshops and meetings) with a restroom and a wet bar with an occupancy of 50 people.
$250 for 4 hours.

• The Garden Pavilion, just south of the Lake Mansion in a detached temperature controlled building with approximately 800 square feet open floor plan, wet bar and restroom, occupancy of 60 people. With rental of this space you are able to utilize the patio area greatly increasing occupancy in warmer months. This patio area is approximately 15’ x 50’ and may be tented from an outside source, doubling the square footage.
$600 for 4 hours.

MEETINGS: The historic main floor dining room, Garden Pavilion and lower level Foundation Room may be rented for meetings. Non-Profit $25 hour during office hours/ $40 after hours. For-Profit $50 per hour.

A 15 space private parking lot is also available for your use. All areas of the Lake Mansion are handicap accessible. The Lake Mansion is available from 8:00 am until 12:00 midnight, 7 days a week, excluding some holidays. The mansion has a selection of items available including tables and chairs. Use of this equipment is optional and by pre-arrangement and most are included in the price of your rental.
